A trained sociolinguist, Jennifer is also an expert in analyzing conversation. She sees and hears on a deeper level how people interact, decide and make meaning in their lives—and how that changes over time. Jennifer led the strategy and research practice of an independent marketing and communications firm. Her former roles also include senior-level strategist positions at both Gallup and global public relations firm Porter Novelli. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and received a master’s degree in linguistics from Georgetown University.
